**Processing Time:**
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
**Shipping Rates:**
We offer flat-rate shipping of $5.95 for standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Orders over $60 qualify for free standard shipping.
**Shipping Methods:**
We ship via USPS. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary based on location and carrier service disruptions.
**Shipping Locations:**
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes at this time.
**International Shipping:**
We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
**Order Tracking:**
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website.
**Shipping Policies:**
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
- In the event of a lost package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
- If you believe your package was lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
**Holiday Shipping:**
During peak holiday seasons, shipping times may be longer than usual due to high order volume. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
